I've seen people chase "likes" instead of meaningful connections, all thanks to AI. 3️⃣ 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁. 👀 The moment I realized listening to everyone was leading me down the wrong path? It was just after I launched my first SaaS product. Feedback flowed in: 👉 "Add more features!" 👉 "Lower the price!" 👉 "Target a different market!" Eager and naive, I tried to please everyone. What I didn't see? All that advice muddied my vision. It didn't match my initial goals or the core essence of my product. What I learned: 1️⃣ FOCUS ON YOUR CORE USER. The people who truly NEED what you're offering. 2️⃣ STICK TO YOUR CONVICTIONS. Data matters, but hearing everyone leads to a mess. 3️⃣ ITERATE, BUT DON'T REINVENT. Make adjustments from your core users only. The breakthrough? When I finally disregarded the noise, my SaaS took off. 🙌

Everyone says you need a team and capital to move fast. I think they're wrong. I've watched this play out enough times now — funded startups with 20 people moving like they're underwater, while solo founders ship weekly updates based on real customer feedback. The funded teams have resources. The solo founders have speed. Speed isn't about headcount or runway. It's about decision friction. When you're solo, there's no: → Meeting to align on direction → Debate about priorities → Stakeholder approval needed → Team sync to catch up five people on context You wake up, identify the problem, build the solution, ship it. By lunch. A solo founder who ships 52 iterations a year learns twice as much as a funded team shipping 26. Scale eventually requires structure. But in year one? Solo wins on speed.
